KEARNEY, Neb. - A man is behind bars after being arrested on several felony charges related to the possession, production and distribution of child sexual abuse content.

27-year-old Dylan Judd is charged with one count of child abuse and four counts of possessing child sex abuse material.

Judd was both receiving and producing these materials according to court documents.

All other documents are sealed, but as of Tuesday, Judd was still being held in the Buffalo County Jail on a bond of $250,000.

Judd was arraigned Monday in Buffalo County District Court with his next pre-trail hearing set for September 4th.
