LINCOLN, Neb. — Lincoln Southwest won the Heartland Athletic Conference tournament championship in dominant fashion.

The Silver Hawks defeated Lincoln East 3-0 at Seacrest Field on Friday morning be netting all three goals in the second half.

Mallory Arehart opened the scoring in the 42nd minute with a 20-yard shot from outside the box. Ansley Throener doubled Lincoln Southwest's lead in the 53rd minute and Peyton Held added the final goal in the 78th minute.
