After falling in the state final last season, the Warriors defeated Central City 47-7 to win the C-1 state championship at Memorial Stadium on Tuesday evening.

After falling in the state final last season, the Warriors defeated Central City 47-7 to win the C-1 state championship at Memorial Stadium on Tuesday evening.
Wahoo's defense forced eight turnovers, which included seven interceptions.
Kip Brigham rushed for a team-high 122 yards and two touchdowns while Kaden Christensen paced Wahoo with 106 yards and one score.
Central City's lone score came in the third quarter when Parker Zikmund connected with Turner Hanke for an 87-yard touchdown.
The victory mark's Wahoo second state title in program history, the first came in 2019.
