Omaha DUI crackdown nets dozens of tickets, arrests

For the second straight weekend, a DUI crackdown in Omaha led to a variety of arrests and tickets.

The St. Patrick’s Day weekend found Omaha police making 11 drunk or drugged driving arrests, along with 84 citations for speeding, reckless, and negligent driving.

Another 151 tickets were issued to unregistered and uninsured drivers, along with other moving violations and license violations.
