Standout Norfolk wrestler headed to the capital city for college career

Wrestler Jake Licking of Norfolk high school made his commitment to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to continue his career.

He made his commitment official on National Signing Day, Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023.

Licking has had several big wins on the mat recently including a pin of Michael Myers ranked #2 wrestler in Class A from Omaha Westside, and another win against Pierce Johnson of Creighton Prep ranked #5 in the state.
