CRETE - Crete was firing on all cylinders Saturday evening.

The Cardinals used sharp shooting to jump on Hastings early, taking a 21 points lead into halftime and never looking back.

Crete was led by Aidan McDowell who knocked down four three-pointers and scored a game-high 25 points.

Landon Hinrichs led Hastings with 13 points in the defeat.
