Rain fell all throughout Friday nights battle between the Humphrey Lindsay Holy Family Bulldogs and the Randolph Cardinals in this 8-man week three matchup.

In a game that was a little sloppy due to the elements, the Bulldogs were the ones who came out on top 26-6, thanks to a powerful rushing attack from senior Sage Frauendorfer, who scored three touchdowns for Humphrey Lindsay Holy Family, with two of them coming from over 40 yards.

Frauendorfer's night was showcased by his offensive ability, but defensively, the senior made his quickness known against the Cardinal's I-Formation option attack.

The game started off with the Cardinals allowing a big play touchdown from Randall Gronenthal's 52 yard end-zone dash. Frauendorfer would add an 8-yard TD run later in the second quarter.

Randolph's scoring blues were put to rest after junior running back Bryson Eledge tight-roped the sideline for a 12 yard strike.

Turnovers plagued the game, thanks to the conditions, but for the Bulldogs, none of it seemed to matter.

Sage Frauendorfer broke off runs of 45 and 55 yards in the second half to finish off Randolph and leave the final score at 26-6.

The Bulldogs improve to 2-1 and face Howells-Dodge next Friday, while Randolph drops to 1-2 and takes on Wynot
