HARTINGTON - Class C2 #2 Cedar Catholic was the picture of efficiency Friday, scoring 48 points on just 28 shots in a four-point home win over rival #6 Norfolk Catholic.

The Trojans shot 57% from the field, including 13-of-19 inside the three-point line. That allowed them to overcome 17 turnovers.

Norfolk Catholic was the opposite on offense. They had built an eight-point lead early in the third quarter, but went absolutely ice cold from the field. The Knights missed 15 consecutive three-point shots at one point and shot just 28% from the field after the half.

Cedar Catholic's win avenged one of their four losses on the season, an eleven-point setback to the Knights in the semifinals of the Mid State Conference Tournament.
