The Norfolk Catholic Knights haven't lost a game since the 2021-2022 basketball season began in early December, and that didn't change against the Crofton Warrior on Saturday, either.

The Knights played a strong game of basketball and were able to power through the Warriors, 74-37.

It was a fairly close game from the tip, with Crofton getting 5 straight points from their senior leader, Roy Knapp. Knapp would pave the way in scoring for Crofton, finishing with 10 points.

Norfolk Catholic began to find its rhythm and break the lid off the basket with a couple threes from Ben Hammond. He knocked down two triples in the first quarter and two in the second quarter to lead the way for the Knights. He finished the evening with 15 points.

It was only an 8 points Norfolk Catholic lead at the end of the opening quarter, but after a 19-3 second quarter, the Knights led big, 38-14.

Norfolk Catholic was able to get a lot of different players into the game and started looking to the post for more opportunities.

Starting center Kade Pieper put up 12 points for the Knights, while the sophomore Nolan Fennessy scored 17 off the bench and also took home player of the game honors.

The Knights were able to coast to the finish and capping off it's 10th win of the season against the Warriors, 74-37.

With the win, Norfolk Catholic improves to 10-1 on the year, while Crofton falls to 4-10.
