Beatrice girls down Crete in OT

CRETE - The Lady Orange came out on top of a defensive slug-fest on Thursday night.

Leading Crete 9-4 at halftime, Beatrice would eventually best the Cardinals in overtime, winning 27-24.

Riley Schwisow paced the Lady Orange with 9 points, while Brooke Deisley scored a game-high 15 for Crete, including a lay up with less than 5 seconds to play to force overtime.
