Unknown suspect robs Subway in Omaha
Police responded to a robbery in southeast Nebraska Saturday evening.
OMAHA, Neb. -- Police responded to a robbery in southeast Nebraska Saturday evening.
Police say officers were called to a robbery at 6:51 p.m. to the Subway at 5005 Center Street.
Authorities say that when officers arrived, officers spoke with the clerk who stated a male suspect entered the stored and showed a note saying he had a gun.
Police say the suspect then told the clerk to give him the cash form the register while showing a gun in his waistband.
Officials say that after the suspect got an unknown amount of cash, he fled from the restaurant.
Police say the suspect is a white male who is about 5'11". He was wearing a black hat, black shirt, light colored shorts, black shoes, and a grey mask over his face.
This is an ongoing investigation.
