LINCOLN, Neb. -- Emergency crews are on the scene of a partial building collapse in Lincoln.
It happened near 12th Street and Belmont Avenue Tuesday morning.
Our news partners at 10/11 now report it appeared the building was vacant at the time of the collapse.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue says the sidewalk near the building was closed Monday night because the building appeared unstable.
