LPD: Driver huffed gas, crashes into house; porch collapses

Police in southeast Nebraska say a man who huffed gasoline crashed into a home over the weekend.

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Police in southeast Nebraska say a man who huffed gasoline crashed into a home over the weekend. 

Lincoln Police say officers were called to the area of 20th and A Streets Sunday evening. 

Authorities say a driver going down A Street crashed into the home which caused the porch to collapse. 

The homeowner and the driver were not injured. 

Police say the driver was allegedly huffing compressed gas before the accident. 

The driver was cited and released for willful reckless driving and DUI.
