Officials applaud huge gift for Nebraska Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Officials in Papillion, where the Memorial is scheduled to open in 2023, are announcing what they call a “transformative” $ 250,000 gift from Facebook, which will ensure that the 396 Nebraskans who died in Vietnam will be remembered far into the future.
