Wausa Smorgasbord canceled again, year two
Northeast Nebraska town cancels celebration for it's heritage again due to the pandemic.

WAUSA, Neb. -- For the second year in a row, an annual event in northeast Nebraska dedicated to celebrating a town's heritage is being shut down by the pandemic.
organizers of the Wausa Smorgasbord announced recently that they will not be holding their event again this year. It was scheduled for October 23rd.
This is the second straight year the Smorgasbord has been shut down by COVID-19.
Organizers say they hope to be back in October of 2022.
