Residents return home to bullet holes in their front door
People in central Nebraska are looking for answers after finding two bullet holes in their front door.
GRAND ISLAND, Neb. -- People in central Nebraska are looking for answers after finding two bullet holes in their front door.
Grand Island Police say the residents were gone for a couple of days, and when they returned they found two gun shot holes in the door with two 9mm shells casings.
GIPD says the incident happened in the 1400 block of Piper Street sometime between September 17th and 18th.
Authorities reported nothing taken from the home.
Police are hoping a neighbor's Ring Doorbell camera will help in investigating the crime.
