SIDNEY - A two-vehicle accident at the "Point of Rocks" closed both lanes of Highway 30 Monday afternoon.
According to Cheyenne County Sheriff Adam Frerichs, the accident involved a head-on collision between a semi-tractor-trailer and another vehicle. He says there were no fatalities, but the extent of injuries was unknown at press time.
Traffic on Hwy. 30 was sent to Interstate 80 at Potter and Brownson while the highway was closed for approximately two hours.
