OMAHA, Neb. -- Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium welcomed a new four-legged friend over the weekend.

The zoo posted a picture of its new baby giraffe yesterday.

Zoo president, Dennis Pate, introduced the male calf, who was born Saturday, at a news conference Tuesday morning.

He said the naming privileges for the new arrival will be auctioned off at a zoo fundraiser in September.

The latest addition makes 10 giraffes now housed at Henry Doorly Zoo.
