Republican Senator Ben Sasse will not be part of any last minute Capitol Hill attempt to stop Joe Biden’s election.
In a lengthy Facebook post, Sasse says many Nebraskans have asked him to step in, but Sasse says there's no basis for the move because there is no evidence of wide spread voter fraud.
Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley says that next week he will try to have Congress dismiss some of Biden's Electoral College votes.
But Hawley's move would need the approval of both the House and Senate, and there is no indication that will happen.
Despite Trump's endorsement, Sasse says in both 2016 and 2020 he didn't vote for Trump, but instead wrote in Mike Pence's name for president.
