SIDNEY, NE — The Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce is looking into the needs of the community and want resident's opinions on what those needs are.

To kick off the new year, the chamber will conduct a consumer survey. It will be used to help determine what services and products people go out of town or shop online for. They hope the responses will give them an idea of what things are most needed to bring to the Cheyenne County community. It will also serve as a way for the chamber to get a sense of where people are shopping and what businesses might expand or change to receive even more business.

"It really is going to be a great tool that we can use to target our efforts for what people are wanting in this area," Cheyenne County Chamber President and CEO Hope Feeney said. "Our community members have been doing a great job a supporting local this year and we want to see how we can better capitalize on what they are needing for both our current businesses and prospective businesses."

The survey is intended for residents of Sidney, Potter, Lodgepole, Dalton and Gurley. You can access the survey by clicking here.
