NSP offers update after Wednesday blizzard

The Nebraska State Patrol is giving an update following Wednesday's blizzard.

They say troopers responded to about 250 weather-related incidents and spent countless hours working to prevent further issues on the roads.

The NSP reported 59 crashes and more than 160 motorist assists.

The roads are still slick in many places following the winter storm. Officials are reminding people to be safe if traveling today, especially with sub-zero wind chill temperatures in many areas.
