Tri-City Roadrunner suspends service in Scottsbluff and Gering

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - With Covid-19 numbers steadily on the rise in Scotts Bluff County, Tri-City Roadrunner has suspended its Deviated Fixed Route services in Scottsbluff, Gering, and Terrytown, Public Transit Manager Curtis Richter said in a press release.
The Demand Response service, which requires riders to schedule their trips a day in advance, will operate from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Demand Service will not be available on federal holidays, nor on the Friday following Thanksgiving.
Anyone who purchased a November monthly pass for the Fixed Route service can use the pass for the Demand Service, instead, through the end of November.
All passengers and drivers must have their temperatures checked prior to boarding and keep their masks on throughout the duration of their trip.
