inches.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Nebraska and
southwest Iowa.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
