Crash in Southwest Gage County Early Sunday,Causes Injuries

BEATRICE – Two people reportedly were injured in a rollover accident early Sunday morning, east of Odell.

Gage County law officers, Beatrice Fire and Rescue and an Odell Quick Response unit were sent to the scene at the intersection of Nebraska Highways 8 and 112.

The accident sent emergency personnel at around 2:25 a.m.   According to Southeast Communications Center radio traffic, one person was partly trapped in the vehicle, while another person was outside the vehicle.

 A medical helicopter from Lincoln landed at the scene at around 2:55 a.m. 

The identities of those involved in the accident and details of how the accident happened, are not available.
