City of Norfolk looking for artists for mural

NORFOLK - The City of Norfolk is looking for some artists to help brighten its downtown.

Officials with the Norfolk Area Visitors Bureau announced on Monday that they are launching a new initiative to partner area artists with downtown businesses to create murals in the town's alleyways.

Visitors Bureau officials say they are looking to support the arts community while offering up interactive spaces for residents and visitors.

Anyone interested in participating is asked to contact the Visitors Bureau.
