Three arrested in Chadron for multiple felonies

On Monday night around 9:45pm, a citizen noticed a suspicious vehicle in a local Chadron business parking lot.
After receiving a notice from a citizen about a suspicious vehicle, 33 year old Daelan High Wolf, 33 year old Sierra Bagola and Wolf Clayton High receives multiple felonies including possession of a deadly weapon and controlled substance.

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - On Monday night around 9:45pm, a citizen noticed a suspicious vehicle in a local Chadron business parking lot.

The same citizen noticed another person on foot in the parking lot looking into the windows of several parked vehicles, and reported what they had observed.

Chadron PD officers arrived quickly and had contact with the vehicle and two passengers.

One of the passengers fled on foot and a short foot pursuit commenced into a field North of the business.

The passenger was apprehended without injury.

A third occupant was located inside the local business building and also apprehended without injury.

A search warrant was received and the vehicle searched and the following three subjects (all from South Dakota) were arrested;

· Daelan High Wolf (33) for felony possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person and felony possession of a stolen firearm.

· Sierra Bagola (33) for felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of a concealed weapon and felony possession of a stolen firearm.

· Wolf Clayton High (36) for felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person and felony possession of a stolen firearm.

“This is a great example of a community member assisting us in the apprehending those who maybe or are in progress of committing a crime. Working together we can help identify and prevent crime in Chadron. We extend our thanks to this citizen who call the police about their concerns. If you see something suspicious, report it,” says Lieutenant Rick Hickstein.
