(Peru, Neb) – It isn't every day that two brothers get to enjoy their college football careers together. Clayton and Colby Thrasher will have that special opportunity when they suit up for the Bobcats this upcoming fall.

Clayton, a transfer from Lyon (Ark.), will major in kinesiology and play middle linebacker at Peru State. He is 5-11, 210 pounds and will be a junior when arriving to play for the 'Cats.

During his time at Lyon, the elder Thrasher amassed 63 total tackles with 6.5 tackles for loss.

Colby will be an incoming freshman from Northlake Christian High School in Louisiana. During his prep career, he racked up 19.5 sacks and 41 total tackles for loss and was invited to play in the Louisiana All-Star Game this past December. The 6-5, 230 pound athlete will be a defensive end for the Bobcats. He has yet to decide on a major.

Clayton and Colby are the sons of Jean and Steven Thrasher of Mandeville, La.
