LINCOLN, NE - Lincoln Police Chief Jeff Bliemeister addressed a crowd of protestors at the state capitol building on Saturday afternoon.
Watch the video above as he is intermittently interrupted by protestors. The crowd stayed peaceful until after midnight when protestors and police clashed at the City-County Building.
