JOHNSON-Landonn Mackey will not be returning to Johnson-Brock next year.  Mackey who served as the Eagles Athletic Director, Head Girls Basketball Coach, and Industrial Technology Education Teacher will be taking a new position at Madison Public Schools

Even though the scenery may change going from Southeast to Northeast Nebraska, Mackey's new position will be very similar to his responsibilities for the Eagles.  He will serve as Athletic Director, Assistant Boys Basketball Coach, and Industrial Technology Teacher for the Madison Dragons.

His wife Erin will be also be taking a new position, and teaching first grade for Madison Public Schools. Mackey states that the move will bring he and his wife closer to home, "We are both originally from Norfolk so this was an opportunity to move us closer to our hometown".
