YORK - Polk County is reporting a COVID-19 case for the first time.

Officials from the Four Corners Health Department announced the confirmation Thursday morning.

Health officials say the case is a woman in her 40's who is currently self-isolating at home.

Four Corners says they are investigating the situation to determine any possibly exposures in the community.

This is Four Corners' fourth lab-confirmed case in their district, which covers Butler, Polk, Seward and York Counties.
