(Peru, Neb.) – Bobcat head coach J. L. Thomason recently announced that Jaelinn Victor of Nehawka will play for the Peru State softball team
An outfielder or someone who can play on the right side of the infield, Victor, played for Conestoga High School. She is the daughter of Jacie Victor and John Lowther.
Thomason commented, "Jaelinn is a solid second baseman who possesses the speed and range to make any play needed at the position. She has also shown a strong enough arm that she could transition into the outfield to where her speed and athleticism could also be used."
Continuing about Victor, Thomason added, "At the plate she has shown consistent contact with the ability to hit for power."
