DOUGLAS COUNTY - Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts has confirmed there is a second confirmed community spread case of COVID-19 in Nebraska.

During a news conference Wednesday, Gov. Ricketts says the case was found in Douglas County, the same county as the first community spread case.

He said new guidelines and restrictions will be coming on the heels of the second community spread case.

Gov. Ricketts also said information on the new case will be released later Wednesday afternoon.
