Possible Low-Level COVID-19 Exposure in Hooper

HOOPER - A Nebraska health department is warning of a possible low-level exposure in Dodge County.
The Three Rivers Public Health Department announced that a Knox County man who tested positive for COVID-19 visited a Dollar General in Hooper, Nebraska.
The store is located at 1031 County Road 19 and was visited from 1 to 4 p.m. on March 14th.
The man had recently traveled to another state with community transmission of COVID-19.
Officials say the man is self-isolating at his home.
They say the possible exposure at the Dollar General is the only community exposure known in the Three Rivers Public Health Department health district.
The department says the risk to the community remains low, but is encouraging those who were at the store to monitor for any symptoms until March 28th.
