KSID closing studios to walk-in customers
As city and state officials continue to make preparations to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, Flood Communications is also taking precautionary steps to protect our customers and employees.
We are closing the KSID studios to walk-in customers, beginning immediately. The studios will remain closed to the public until further notice. This decision, like all moves being made by our local businesses, was not made lightly.
The move WILL NOT AFFECT our everyday operations. Advertising and programming will continue to operate at full strength. Our news department will continue to bring you the most up-to-date information about COVID-19 and the impending winter storm on radio, television and online.
If you have a scheduled interview or appointment, please contact your KSID representative to adjust plans.
All prizes won on 98.7 FM, 1340 AM and 95.7 FM moving forward will be mailed.
The KSID Big Deals Store remains open to help support local business during the coronavirus pandemic. Any certificates purchased online will be delivered through mail at no extra charge to the customer.
The 2020 KSID Spring Expo, scheduled for April 18 and 19 at the Cheyenne County Fairgrounds, has also been postponed as the recommendation of the CDC to not have more than 10 people gathered in one area. It has been rescheduled for June 20 and 21.
If you need to contact our offices for advertising, news tips, closings or cancellations, or any other questions or concerns, please call (308) 254-5803 or email [email protected].
We appreciate your understanding and assure you our daily operations will not be interrupted. We will continue to deliver important information so you can protect yourself, your family and your assets.
Thank you,
Hunter Arterburn
