LINCOLN - It has been more than a calendar year since the Auburn Bulldogs have been beaten.

Auburn won their 35th straight game Saturday, toppling Ogallala 58-34 in the Class C1 State Championship.

In addition to being Auburn's second state championship, it was the fifth for Head Coach Jim Weeks, who also won three at Beatrice.
