2020 US92 St. Jude Radiothon Starts Thursday
The 2020 US92 St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Radiothon kicks-off tomorrow

NORFOLK - The St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Radiothon kicks-off tomorrow.
Radio stations across the country and right here in northeast Nebraska will be raising money for the organization.
This year marks the 20th Annual US92 Radiothon which raises money to help end childhood cancer through research and treatment.
US92's Lydee Jo Krueger says she loves to see people giving to help others in need.
“Watching people come in and give for the children at St. Jude. Whether they know of somebody, whether they don’t know of somebody, whether they have 10 grandkids of their own and are blessed because they are all healthy. The open hearts of northeast Nebraska is really what makes the Radiothon successful.”
According to St. Jude, more than 80% of U.S. childhood cancer patients are now long term survivors, thanks in part to the donations from events like this.
Last year, US92 raised a total of $283,857.28.
It starts at 6 a.m. on Thursday and ends at 7 p.m. Friday.
