Child Sexual Assault Case Bound to District Court

NELIGH - The case of a Tilden man accused sexually assaulting multiple children is heading to District Court.
78-year-old Roger Stuckwisch waived his preliminary hearing in Antelope County Court Wednesday afternoon.
Court documents have revealed new information about the case. Tilden Police originally said Stuckwisch was charged with nine counts of sexual assault of a child. Court documents show that he has now been charged with 12 counts. The accusations stem from incidents from 2005 to 2016 involving seven minors, all of whom were 14 or younger. Further details about the case have been sealed by the court.
Stuckwisch was arrested in Tilden earlier this month. He is being held in Antelope County Jail with bond set at 10 percent of 5 million dollars.
