Man Killed In Saunders County UTV Accident

PRAGUE - One person is dead after a UTV accident in rural Saunders County.

According to a news release from the Saunders County Sheriff's Office, the accident happened Monday around 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 25 and Road S., northeast of Prague.

An investigation showed that a Polaris UTV failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit by a minivan. The driver of the UTV was ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver and passengers in the car were treated and released at the scene.
