Drug Arrest Made After Norfolk Shoplifting Call
One person is in jail on drug charges after shoplifting call in Norfolk Monday night.

NORFOLK - One person is in jail on drug charges after shoplifting call in Norfolk Monday night.
Norfolk Police say that officers were called to the Wal-Mart around 10:30 p.m. for reports of a two adult shoplifters.
The two men were identified as 30-year-old Hector Medina, of Norfolk, and 27-year-old Pete Lundahl of Wayne.
Loss Prevention saw them remove security devices and placed items in a backpack.
Lundahl was cited for shoplifting and officers recovered the backpack with items inside.
During the search, officers found a small baggie containing meth.
When Medina was told that he was under arrest, he attempted to run from the officers but was caught shortly after.
Medina was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, obstructing a peace officer, and resting arrest.
Medina had been previously arrested in September 2019 for felony domestic assault and terroristic threats charges out of Stanton County.
