SIDNEY - Kyle and Anne Larson, of Sidney, welcomed the first baby at Sidney Regional Medical Center in 2020.

Luke William Larson was born on Monday, Jan. 6. He weighed seven pounds and nine ounces, and was 20.5" in length. He is the couple's fourth child.

"We were pleasantly surprised when learning we were pregnant," Anne said. "Children are such a blessing. We love having our babies at SRMC, the team is amazing."

Amy Abbott was the delivery nurse. She has delivered all four of the Larson children.

For being the first baby born in the new year, the Larson family received a welcome baby gift from hospital staff.
