OMAHA - Omaha firefighters raced to a home near 50th and Browne streets Wednesday morning for a house fire.

Paramedics transported one person to the hospital with burns, two others did not suffer injuries.According to fire officials, the fire was sparked in the kitchen and then spread to the rest of the house.

Firefighters say that five cats were inside at the time of the fire, crews managed to rescue three of them.
