FREMONT - Some halftime adjustments allowed Grand Island to grab a road victory on Friday night.

Trailing by 10 at halftime Grand Island switched its defensive tactics, outscoring the Tigers 35-12 after the break en route to a 61-48 win.

Them Koang and Isaac Traudt led the Islanders with 23 and 22 points respectively.

Carter Syntek put up 11 points to lead the Tigers.
