Krutz Sentenced for Fatal Stanton County Accident
A Stanton man has been sentenced for a fatal traffic accident in May.
STANTON COUNTY - A Stanton man has been sentenced for a fatal traffic accident in May.
The Stanton County Sheriff's Office says that 19-year-old Ried Krutz has been sentenced to 18 months of Probation after being convicted of misdemeanor Motor Vehicle Homicide.
Krutz was charged after an investigation by the sheriff’s office into a fatal traffic accident that claimed the life of 63-year-old James Hoff on Highway 24 East of Norfolk back in May.
He was also sentenced to a $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail to start next October unless waived by a Judge.
