Following a win at the Bearcat Hammer Open, the Nebraska Bowling team will head to the Track Kat Klash. The tournament is hosted by Sam Houston State University at Emerald Lanes in Houston, Texas.

Teams that will be at the competition include Alabama State, Arkansas State, Duquesne, Jackson State, Louisiana Tech, McKendree, Nebraska, North Carolina A&T, Prarie View A&M, Sam Houston State, Southern, Stephen F. Austin (SFA), Texas Southern, Tulane, Upper Iowa, and  Youngstown State.

The Huskers will start off the tournament against Alabama State followed by No. 23 Youngstown State, Prairie View A&M, No. 3 SFA. Nebraska will end Baker play Friday with a match against No. 14 Tulane.

The Huskers will kick off traditional play on Saturday against No. 6 Arkansas State then will face No. 2 McKendree, No. 8 North Carolina A&T, No. 17 Louisiana Tech,and will finish the day against Texas Southern.

Competition begins Friday morning at 9:55 a.m. with five sets of five-game Baker matches, followed by five traditional matches on Saturday morning, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Combined results from Friday and Saturday will determine the seeding for Sunday's bracket-play championship tournament, where each team will play three rounds of best-of-seven Baker matches beginning at 8:20 a.m.
