Domestic disturbance leads to drug arrest, CPD says

COLUMBUS - What started out as a domestic disturbance in Columbus Friday turned into a drug arrest.
A CPD spokesman said officers dispatched to a home near 12th Street and 35th Avenue and when they got there, they found 40-year-old April Keeshan on the property.
They said the resident told them Keeshan didn't live there and that they were trying to get her to leave. CPD said Keeshan refused to leave after officers ordered her, so they arrested her for trespassing.
They said they searched the woman's backpack and found a pipe with trace amounts of suspected meth.
Police booked Keeshan for possession of a controlled substance, possession or use of drug paraphernalia and second degree trespassing.
Her bond is set at $5,000 and she's scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 6.
