PIERCE - Dozens of residents displaced by flooding this past spring are finally headed home.
A spokesman for Premier Estates in Pierce says it's evacuated residents are returning home Tuesday.
The entire building had to be renovated after flooding inundated the facility in March. Residents were temporarily moved to the Pierce Auditorium before being set up temporarily at Norfolk Care and Rehab.
Premiere Estates officials credited the Pierce community, multiple volunteers and staff and administration in getting Premiere Estates back operational.
