Lozano Shines on Day 3 of ITA Central Regional Championships
The Nebraska men's tennis team concluded Day 3 of competition at the ITA Central Regionals in Norman, Okla., on Saturday.

The Nebraska men's tennis team concluded Day 3 of competition at the ITA Central Regionals in Norman, Okla., on Saturday. Four Huskers competed on the day, highlighted by sophomore Victor Moreno Lozano, who advanced to the Round of 16 in singles competition.
Three Huskers competed in the Round of 32 singles matches. Sophomore William Gleason fell to Emile Hudd (Oklahoma State) 6-2, 6-4, and Albert Sprlak Puk fell to Minnesota's Sebastian Vile 6-3, 6-1. Moreno Lozano defeated Brady Draheim of Oklahoma State, 6-4, 6-3. In the Round of 16, Lozano squared off against Minnesota's Stefan Milicevic, falling 6-0, 6-2.
In doubles action, Patrick Cacciatore and Albert Sprlak-Puk dropped their quarterfinals doubles match to Big Ten foes Matt Clegg and Nikita Snezkho of Iowa, 8-5.
