VALENTINE - Cherry County Courtroom as Commissioners approved the conditional use permit for the Cody Kilgore Wind Turbine Project Tuesday afternoon, but not without a few revisions.

Cherry County Commissioners unanimously voted to approve the conditional use permit for the 19 wind turbine project. They revised five of the 12 terms which include having a fire plan and fire suppression installed at each turbine and 10% cash must be deposited and secured with a letter of credit to the bank of their choice.
