Two Arrested in Norfolk for Burglary

NORFOLK - Two people are in jail for burglary after police caught them in a Norfolk home without permission.
According to the Norfolk Police Department, officers were called to a home on South 17th Street on Saturday for a report of people climbing through a window of a house.
Officers stopped a suspect vehicle and identified the two occupants as 38-year-old Matthew Spence of Norfolk and 33-year-old Katelin Dover.
Police say Dover had an active Lancaster County arrest warrant.
The owner of the home says he knew Spence and Dover and said that they didn't have permission to be in the house.
Spence was questioned and officers found several needles and meth.
In a search of the vehicle, officers recovered property belonging to the owner of the house.
Dover was arrested for burglary and Spence was arrested for burglary and drug charges.
