OMAHA - Three men suffered serious injuries in a rollover crash near Ponca Road and North River Drive Sunday night.

First responders found a pick-up truck in a ditch around 7:45 p.m.

 

Omaha police said the driver, Jonta Nivongsa, 21, ran the stop sign at the intersection then crashed.

Paramedics took Nivongsa to Nebraska Medicine with a fractured leg.

First responders also rescued both passengers. Police said Darrell Miller, 42, has a fractured leg and shoulder. Cameron Cook, 21, has fractures to his shoulder, hand and hips.

Investigators said none of the men were wearing seatbelts.

Omaha police said charges are pending against Nivongsa.
